GarudaSigns sells its products with the assurance that they are free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. If a defect is found, you must return the product to GarudaSigns with prepaid transportation for examination. If the product is deemed defective, we will either repair or replace the defective item.
Any returns will cease immediately if the product is altered, modified, or subjected to misuse without prior written consent from GarudaSigns.
Products cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of sale. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to any returns by contacting GarudaSigns customer service.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returned products must be in new and resalable condition to qualify for a credit or refund.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or credits will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products only. GarudaSigns does not assume liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
